School Principal My Philosophy

The principal sets the tone for all that happens at the school site:

A positive attitude must be evident at all times.

High visibility is key on a daily basis in classrooms, hallways, cafeteria. Principal must be visible to parents, students, teachers, staff.

	Open door policy a must especially to teachers and staff.
	Shared leadership and delegation are crucial.
	Ideas need to flow and to be accepted
	Respect for teachers and students most important
	Principal must motivate, encourage, and reward.
	Principal must build pride and feelings of accomplishment among faculty and students.
